Been using ClimateRight CR10000ACH to heat a barn 24' x 12'.

During weather that is around 40 degrees and below (most of winter), the unit will NOT HEAT WELL AT ALL. I called the support line and they told me it is because a certain part "Freezes" and that I should get a blanket cover for the unit. Their website does not sell any blankets nor was there any guarantee that would be enough heat to get the unit to work properly. Essentially, one would need a heater for the heater.
The second con of this machine is the squeak noise. A super-high pitched squeak that I have spent hours trying to stop by putting weight on top of the machine or by putting sticks inside the back in order to stop the vibration that ends up causing this sound. I would successfully stop the squeaks, but every now and then it comes back to where I couldn't find any solution but to put plugs in my own ears.
This is the only option I could find out there on the market so I am thankful for ClimateRight, but their product could definitely be a lot better. They could also warn customers that the heater won't be working in cold weather.
