The Quran says in "The Star" Chapter 53 verse 43,
43 That it is He Who Granteth Laughter and Tears :
In the Bible Book of Deuteronomy 28:47, “Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;”
In the one sermon/video I made highlighting the necessity to "Have fun or Else", I mentioned how at that time, the most fun I've ever had was seeking the Kingdom of God and his righteousness with remembrance to asking God to help me have fun.
Most recently, the first week of June 2019, I believe that God and or his/her servants/Holy Ghost, gave me an undoubtable miracle sign in the form of Laughter without the expense of a sacrifice or someone having to get insulted or "roasted". I laughed non-stop for hours, as if the Holy Spirit had put some sort of Divine protection in my head that was repeating and repeating that was blocking any negativity and also making me laugh at the same time I was able to consciously think about the task I was doing. I know from my own personal experiences I've never laughed that long at any point in my life, and that I truly believe it had to be from God. I believe that God is that which grants laughter and tears. And that this is a miracle because laughter is not something that can be faked and is personal to the individual. Even if people tried their best, and remembered God prefers Mercy over Sacrifice (God through Jesus said in Matthew 9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.)-- to make someone laugh that much without the expense of hurting someones feelings, I don't think anyone but a good divine source could. Maybe the miracle of parting the Red Sea is easier today than to make someone laugh that hard for that long over something so simple while yet teaching the scriptures and searching the kingdom of God at the same time.

“Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.”
I also wanted to note that I believe it was a sign of Deuteronomy 28:2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
What would it feel like to have Blessings of God overtake you in the form of Laughter? I think this was one, as the blessings of God are beyond our ability to imagine.
