A woman that Fears the LORD, she shall be praised according to the prophecy of the Mother of King Lemuel in Proverbs 31:30.

 A woman that Fears the LORD, she shall be praised according to King Lemuel's Mother's Prophecy.
Proverbs 31:30
1 The words of king Lemuel, the prophecy that his mother taught him.
30 ...but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

Why?  Possibly because her true Fear of the Creator God will manifest itself in a way that prevents many other girls from ending up with a "ME-TOO"... stops them from getting raped beacuse God using them to speak in such a fashion, that a rapist changes his/her ways, and thus, she gets "Praised"

Quran says about Mary mother of Jesus, saw a man coming and said "If you fear God back up" or something like that... but it was an angel to tell her the news of a holy child.  
QURAN 19: 17. She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects.
18. She said: "I seek refuge from thee to (God) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear God."
19. He said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, (to announce) to thee the gift of a holy son.
20. She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?"

Abraham told people Sarah was his sister rather than his wife, because "he believed the Fear of God was not in this place"
Genesis 20:11 And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake
And when the King took his wife, God gave him a dream and said Abraham is a prophet and if you don't return his wife, you (king) and all that are yours will surely die.
Genesis 20:7 Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou shalt live: and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine.


OKAY:  SO how do we LEARN to Fear God?  Holy Ghost to the rescue in Jesus name!
DEUTERONOMY 4:10
10....that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.”

BE A LAWYER-LIKE Woman who  understands that God is a judge, and she can learn how he judges based on his case laws, based on his precepts, and previous judgements in order to be IMMUNE to the boys that like to teach the girls fear of God based on precepts of boys, case laws of boys (if you piss me off, I will strike you and let you know it was Gods wrath!), so they can know to learn based on Case Laws of God

3Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; 4If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; 5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God. 6For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.


Jerusalem, the perfect, irresistable looking woman according to the bible would be lifting up her voice?????? I thought pretty girls are taught to talk softly, or is that fear of God based on precepts of evil horny  men/women?
Isaiah 40:9

“O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God!”
